The team behind Carcom consists of a mixture of experienced automotive professionals from Inchcape and Autologic, Mercedes-Benz Finance, Pendragon and Carsite, and Motability Operation, as well as Eastbourne Car Auctions.
Chief executive Gerry Lynch described the purpose of the site: ?The company is a one-stop shop for all car dealers wanting to buy and sell vehicles online. While some organisations offer trade-to-trade online trading, electronic auctions and private selling, no-one else offers lead generation and no-one comes close to matching our charges.?
