The Business Marketing Association's Houston chapter hosted its 2012 Lantern Awards of Texas last week to pay tribute to the best and brightest marketing firms.
More than 150 awards were doled out in 58 categories spanning various aspects of advertising and marketing. This years gala, branded "Adpocalypse 2012," represented the end "of bad marketing," according to the event's website.

The most prestigious award, the Agency of the Year, went to Unleaded Communications, which received 15 Lantern Awards and 14 Awards of Excellence, according to a news release about the awards on Unleaded's website.
This year marked the awards' 25th anniversary, according to Unleaded's release. The full list of winners is available at the Lantern Awards website.
BMA Houston is a professional association that "promotes networking and professional development for business-to-business marketers in a local environment," according to the organization's website.
