You will experience a truly luxurious stay in this fully furnished Villa. The villa boasts a private pool, two sided gardens and access onto the private beach. The Beach House has been decorated to the highest standards and includes luxurious furnishings designed to make your stay relaxing and exclusive. All bedrooms are en-suite and feature controlled Air Conditioning. Currently the villa is set to accommodate nine guests by way of three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a further single bedroom which also has a bathroom located on the ground floor. The family room features a large seating area a 42? LCD TV, wireless Internet access, and a magnificent, formal dining area. All windows look out directly over the private beach and private swimming pool. Additionally the ground floor features a chill out room for guests to relax and read or for the children to battle it out on the games console, whilst listening to music on The Beach House?s fully automated Audio System. The swimming pool is cleaned twice a week and guests can sun bathe on the recliners or directly on the beach. If you wish to hire a car guests have full use of the remote double garages.
Included Features: Housekeeping will give service once a week which includes change of bed linens, sheets and towels. A baby?s cot is available upon request; subject to availability. A BBQ is supplied and a non chargeable welcome pack including some of the needed food and lifestyle essentials are included.
Nearby Facilities & Activities: An all day mini-grocery, pharmacy, salon, coffee shop and ATM machine located in Shoreline buildings. Located just a few minutes? drive to Mall of the Emirates, one of the largest shopping malls with signature brand shops and best known for its indoor ski. Also a few minutes? drive to Wild Wadi Water Park along the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the world\\\?s famous 7-star hotel Burj Al Arab.
